Peter Bagley started his career in private practice as a draughtsman and subsequently joined the government service where he developed his skills and knowledge in a very wide range of building projects managing a drawing department.
He is a meticulous individual and his practical, in-depth knowledge and understanding of building construction is a considerable asset to the office. These combine to make him a highly effective project co-ordinator, much appreciated by GLM's Clients, such as Land Securities, Nationwide Building Society, various Hotel groups, schools and the National Museums of Scotland.
Since 1994 he has been employed in the role of Senior Architectural Technician and project leader. During this time he has been engaged on an extensive range of projects undertaking condition and measured surveys, the preparation of working drawings, specifications and design work, Planning Supervisor duties, defects analysis and reporting.
