Work is now coming to an end at 27 Abercromby Place — the latest high-end development from Carlton City. After the success of the project at 1 Grosvenor Crescent Carlton launched straight in to a stunning scheme to refurbish and alter the six storey townhouse. Emerging from the dust will be a beautiful three storey townhouse, a modern, stylish two-bed basement flat, a monster four bedroom, two floor 'Duplex' property and a new build Mews. The duplex in particular - featuring dramatic use of the vaulted stables, Fineline aluminium glazing and a host of bespoke detailing - will be a landmark property which will really be a one off; though very much a property which could exist no-where else other than Edinburgh.
