Land Securities - major survey exercise
GLM were appointed by Land Securities, to undertake a huge survey exercise of all the retail units both in 'Phase 2' and 'McArthur Glen' of the Almondvale Shopping Centre in Livingston, surrounding the vast new upmarket retail development, 'The Elements.'
We were able to immediately deploy a team of several building surveyors to tackle the sizeable task in hand, which not only involved the production of written reports but also the filming of each unit to provide records of the current condition of these adjacent buildings on DVD.
This commission is another project successfully undertaken (within the required [immoveable] timescales) for Land Securites, with whom GLM have had a long-standing relationship.
