GLM's design flair, coupled with Victor & Carina Contini's sumptious menu at Centotre on George Street, Edinburgh has exceeded all expectations.
With the (so called) 'problem' of having to turn people away due to full bookings becoming almost a daily occurence, GLM's Director of Architecture, David Johnson, was asked back again to re-design the front section of the restaurant in order to incorporate more seating. "Although we were sad to see the Italian Bar counter disappear" comments David having spent weeks perfecting its design last year, "the new raised seating area in its place has worked brilliantly. The result is an informal cafe bar distinct from the restaurant where you can simply sit and relax with friends over a Cafe Latte or two!"
