Scottish Dilapidations Guidance Note

The RICS Scotland Building Surveying Professional Group Board, of which Ian McKee is the Chair, is pleased to confirm that the long awaited Scottish Dilapidations Guidance note has now been published. The document, which Ian has helped to draft, sets out benchmark guidance for practitioners in Scotland and can be obtained by joining the RICS Scottish Dilapidations Forum, this forum is open to all involved with Dilapidations and it is hoped that in time it will help shape further guidance in this area.
