Edrom Steading Development

The first of eight new high quality and spacious dwellings has been completed at the Edrom Farm Steading conversion project near Duns. This handsome looking Grade B Listed steading has been on GLM's books for a number of years now, since the previous owner approached us to look at its potential for conversion. Back then we looked at a number of uses from a Boutique Hotel to Care Home with a residential development promising the to be the most commercially viable option. Once GLM obtained the various statutory consents for the owner, Prime Property Ventures Ltd bought the building and with a little help from GLM have turned it into a truly stunning development.
