Idyllic self-catering apartments in the works at Leighton Hall

Resulting from exceedingly positive initial discussions with the local authority, GLM has now been given the green light by Natural Retreats to put together a formal proposal for the conversion of dilapidated buildings at Home Farm - Leighton Hall near Carnforth, Lancashire. The scheme, which will lead to the conversion of six existing Grade 2 buildings and the construction of two additional buildings, will provide 20 high quality self-catering apartments located in idyllic countryside, just 10 minutes from the M6 on the southern edge of the Lake District. Leighton Hall is another project that will be jointly serviced by GLMs new Manchester Office.
