Housing Development - Mains of Moy

Planning permission is being sought for a new housing development on redundant farm land adjacent to Mains of Moy Steading near Forres. The houses, which use traditional materials such as lead, slate, timber and harling, are grouped around a large green with the existing Robert Adam designed steading sitting proudly at the north end. The resulting scheme is a delightful 'community' settlement, sensitive to its surroundings.
