Rural Housing Development

Planning permission is being sought for a small housing development in a rural part of the Scottish Borders. GLM's design is based on the form of a traditional courtyard steading, common in this part of Scotland, but with a contemporary twist. Projecting timber dormers, a first floor level lead framed verandah and bands of horizontal windows all add to an imaginitive, and interesting design.
