Nationwide Refurbishment Projects
In continuation of a long association with the Nationwide Building Society, GLM are currently managing numerous internal and external repairs projects to assist their in-house property professionals, from Dumfries to Peterhead.
Alongside this, our surveyors have just completed the latest batch from a rolling programme of Planned Maintenance inspections (including legislative compliance and DDA checks,) the information from which is entered into a bespoke computer database.
The Nationwide's in-house Estates team prioritise repair work and refurbishment projects from the information collected from these surveys, keeping a tight grip on the condition of the Company's property portfolio.
