Morningside Redevelopment

GLM are currently seeking planning permission to convert a Grade B Victorian house in Morningside from a care home back into an exciting and luxurious house. Working closely with Interior Designer Malcolm Duffin, the scheme comprises a new ground floor full width kitchen / dining and sitting room extension to the south facing rear with wide expanses of glass and clad in stacked whinstone. The first floor extension is more low key and is clad in reclaimed sandstone from the soon to be demolished existing extensions.
