The Pavilion Coldingham Bay

Planning permission was granted this week for the construction of a holiday unit in a stunning location looking out over Coldingham Bay. The existing timber pavilion, once an annex to a neighbouring hotel, has been in a severely dilapidated state for some time and many local residents were excited to see something finally happening to it. Our scheme, using the same footprint, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living area with glazed screen and balcony. The form is simple but affective and will make construction fast and cost effective given the steeply sloping site with limited access.
