New Build Restaurant

GLM are currently in negotiations with the local authority as part of a pre planning consultation for the construction of a £3million new build restaurant with 12 hotel apartments. This building, to be situated on the west coast of Scotland makes the most of the stunning sea views by way of a curved glass wall the full length of the main upper restaurant. On the ground floor will be 2 cafe bars and meeting room. The apartments are to be situated on the first and second floors to the rear of the building, over looking an adjacent golf course.
