GLM are currently in their 4th year of a major PPM survey exercise for the Royal Bank of Scotland, providing building surveying resource for RBS properties in Scotland.
GLM now have nearly 20 years experience of undertaking large scale Condition and PPM survey exercises, either working direct for a Client organisation, or in partnership with others.
Data can be captured either on paper or hand-held computer and is then downloaded into a bespoke database, enabling an organisation to run numerous types of report to enable strategic decisions to be made about their property portfolios.
