Bon Accord Shopping Centre Lift Removal

GLM have worked with Land Securities on a good number of projects over the past 10 years as Architects and Surveyors. The requirements of the this project are to remove the feature lift and as much of the obstructing structure as is practical to increase the sight lines within the upper and lower malls, all within a tight budget. In order to minimise disruption to the operations of the centre, all works are being executed outwith normal trading hours.
