Viewpoint Housing Association

Work has completed on a number of Supported Housing projects for Viewpoint Housing Association. GLM have been involved with several buildings, converting bedsits with shared Kitchen and Bathroom facitilities into comfortable 1 bedroom self contained units. Under the current building regulations, these works were classed as a Conversion which means a stricter adherence to the Technical Standards, particularly with regards energy efficiency and accessibility. With many of the buildings having a Listed status, meeting these standards was far from straightforward.
