Victorian House Transformed

This project involved the reinstatement of a former imposing Victorian Villa from a dilapidated care home back into a stunning house. A 2 storey extension to the rear of the property boasts a 13m long glazed screen which connects the contemporary open plan interior with the south facing garden. With much of the detailed design being completed as work progressed on site, our Client was able to move in less than a year after setting us the brief. The heating, lighting and audio visual system are digitally controlled throughout the house.
