"We have now been in the house for four weeks and just about unpacked. Maggie and I really appreciate the way you have worked with us over the past year. We hope you are as proud of your creation as we are delighted with our new home.
We were anxious about embarking on the project knowing that this would be a once in a lifetime opportunity for us. From our first meeting, your approach reassured us. You never made us feel we were asking too much or causing problems. We felt the design was a great collaboration. You captured the essence of our ideas and developed them whilst at the same time adding your own style.
We dreamt of a family house that would reflect our interests and personalities and fulfill our needs. You have designed a home we are proud of and one that family and friends already love. All the rooms are light and airy giving us fantastic views of the garden and beyond. The design makes full use of the plot of land.
As you know, we were keen to make the house energy efficient. Your technical knowledge and expertise has meant that the whole house works without sacrificing any of the look that we desired. We were particularly grateful for the way you worked closely with our builder and successfully dealt with the planning department. It has been a positive experience working with you and your team. We would certainly recommend you and GLM to anyone thinking of building in the future".
