We can provide Feasibility Costs and Cost Plans, Development and Option Appraisals, Contract Procurement Options, Specifications and Bills of Quantities, Descriptions of Work, Valuations, Settlement of Final Accounts, Value Management, Risk Management and Life Cycle Costing, all with the latest IT support. While the QS service normally compliments the service provided by our Building Surveyors and Architects, it can of course be engaged as a stand-alone service. Extensive additional experience has been gained from several Listed and Period properties and Steading conversions.
Andrew is a qualified Planning Supervisor and so also brings additional Health and Safety expertise to the practice.
